What time does camping gates open?
Camp grounds will open at 8:00AM for all campers to set up and be ready to head to Buck Wild Country Barn Sessions!
What time does camping gates close?
We want you all to be ready to dance with us by the stage! Camping gates will close at 1:00PM.
Is there powered sites available?
No, there is no powered sites available.
What facilities and extras are provided?
Campers will have access to toilets and showers. Campers will have early access to the festival at 1:00PM.
What is the limit of vehicles per site?
There is a limit of one vehicle and/or caravan per site. Vehicles can go in the main car park after setup.
Are motorhomes and caravans allowed onsite?
Yes caravans and motorhomes are allowed onsite.
I am glamping do I have to bring anything?
Basic bedding is available however we do encourage you to bring extra blankets to keep you nice and warm!
How are sites allocated?
Sites will be allocated by volunteers as you enter the camping area. If you are wanting to camp with friends, we recommend you enter the campgrounds together!
Will security be provided?
Yes, security will be provided to ensure the safety of campers.
Is alcohol allowed on site?
No BYO drinks are permitted on site however it is a licensed venue you and will be able to purchase drinks at the bar.
Is food allowed on site?
Yes you can bring food on site! We will also have beautiful food vendors available in the festival & a coffee van for an early morning coffee on Sunday – these options will be available at your expense.
What time do campers have to leave by?
Campers must be offsite by 2:00PM Sunday 12/06/2022
General FAQs
What time does the event start and finish?
Gates open at 2PM and will close at 12:00AM
Is this an 18 + event?
No this is a family friendly event however if you are entering the barn after 10PM, this is an 18+ area.
Is there an agreement for kids that are free?
Yes, all children under 5 are free.
What age is considered as a child when purchasing tickets?
Under the age of 18.
What is included in my festival ticket?
You will have access to Buck Wild Country Barn Sessions to enjoy country music from 2PM – 10PM. Barn Dancing lessons throughout the day, Free face painting and balloon art will be available from 3:00PM – 7:00PM and giant lawn games for the whole family. We will have food vendors, bars, craftsmen and artisan markets to browse and shop if you wish to.
Can I leave the event and come back during the day?
Yes, but you must keep your wristband on and your bags and ID will be checked upon re-entry. This is the same for camping entry.
Can I bring my own chair?
Beautiful seating will be available throughout the grounds. We encourage attendees to bring their own picnic throws.
Are eskys allowed?
No eskys are not allowed this is a licensed venue.
